Ritual as per Ayurveda -
Step 1 - Ghee Nasya
In the night just before sleep time, put two drops of warm melted ghee in each nostril in sleeping position with head slightly tilted. Massage lightly on forehead for a few moments.
Step - 2 Stress relief head massage oil
Apply warm oil all over scalp moderately. Massage gently in circular motion. Leave it on for an hour or overnight as desired.
Step - 3 Hair Mask
Apply hair mask and leave it on for about 20 minutes.
Step - 4 Herbal Shampoo
Wash and rinse well.
Step - 5 Wooden comb
Dry scalp and hair with a soft towel and gently untangle hair using wooden comb.
